Returns and Refunds
ONLINE PURCHASE
Online returns need to be made within 7 days. We understand items may not be right for everyone so we are happy to exchange , credit or refund any item (unfortunately we cannot offer the same refund policy for sale items).
All sale items are final sale, we will not issue refund, credit notes or exchange the item.
Your item must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date or from receiving the item to be eligible for an exchange or credit.
When returning an item, we ask that the item must be returned in the same condition as you purchased it - unused, original tags and your proof of purchase.
Should you choose to return your full priced item for a refund, Armoury will retain an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for local orders and $15.00 NZD for rural deliveries.
Shipping & handling charges are only refunded if the item(s) was incorrect or faulty.
Refund will be made to the nominated bank account.
INSTORE PURCHASE

Faulty item?
We are committed to providing quality products. We carefully inspect each item that arrives to us before it is available to our customers. However, in the unfortunate event where you may receive a damaged or faulty item.
