Chelsea Dress

This is a great dress - great fabric, great fit, great detailing. Featuring round neck finished with rib trim, rib panel down the front bodice and around the waist which creates a beautiful shape, long sleeves with elasticated hems and a pleated skirt. The fabric has a subtle sheer/solid check black base with delicate white floral design and is fully lined.
